Led by the Solent IRC Owners’ Association (SIRCOA), and
SCRA, 7 clubs combine to provide the summer Solent Series on 7 days in 2010.
Running from May to September, the Series offers a variety of racing: round
the cans, windward-leeward races, and passage racing in the September Nab Tower
race. The Series aims to encourage larger fleets of IRC rated boats in close
racing through the summer.

The Series is open to all IRC boats with a TCC between 0.820 and
1.360. Any boat entering an IRC class with one of the participating clubs for
a Series day will automatically be entered in the Series. The Notice of Series
and Entry Form will be available shortly on the SCRA and the SIRCOA websites (see above).
Boats may enter individual events direct with the clubs concerned.
