IRC Solent Region Championship: Summer 2020

Spanning the full length of the Solent from Portsmouth in the East to Yarmouth in the West, this series aims to encourage IRC-rated yachts as well as cruisers in a wide range of com-petitive racing. Post-race hospitality at the host clubs provides the opportunity to experi-ence the unique atmosphere of each, as well as socializing with your fellow competitors. The dates for the series and the organising clubs are as follows:
16th/17th May Portsmouth Regatta
20th/21st June Royal Southern Yacht Club
18/19th July Royal Solent Tattinger Regatta
5th September Island Sailing Club Nab Tower Race
The Championship is open to all IRC boats with a TCC between 0.750 and 1.360, and also to Cruising boats who do not hold an IRC certificate.
